My Story

I wasn’t always the entrepreneurial-minded human that I am today. In fact, just a few years ago I was stuck working in a place that made me miserable and was barely making ends meet. By some stroke of luck I was offered an opportunity to leave. While that time was incredibly nerve-racking and overwhelming - who was I to think I could build my own profitable business?! - it was the greatest thing that could have happened with my career.

I had some cheerleaders helping me out along the way, including a couple wonderful colleagues and an optometrist who quickly became a close friend and mentor and taught me the ins and outs of running and setting up my own naturopathic practice and business. I also employed the help of an incredible business coach who helped me develop a series of online programs and begin my venture into marketing in the online world.

Fast forward to today, I now run not one but FOUR naturopathic practices across Nova Scotia, Canada and am the creator of an online lifestyle platform. Student debt free and generating a comfortable six figure income, my journey has been an eventful one. The best part - I’m just getting started.


A Life in Alignment

Wanna know what makes me jump out of bed in the morning? Having the opportunity to work with wonderful women who are motivated to make impactful, meaningful change in their lives. I understand what it feels like to feel unhappy - physically, mentally and spiritually. It’s an honour to work with other women to help and guide them through life’s journey to finding LOVE and JOY within themselves. Because when we feel empowered with our “enough-ness”, we’re more able to show up and shine.

How Can I Help?

Not gonna lie, it just isn’t me to say I’m going to help you with only ONE thing, because that one thing is usually a part of a bigger picture of things that should be addressed in order for you to achieve your goal, whatever it may be.

Take your skin health for example. This is a topic I LOVE talking about. Why? Because it’s never just about your skin. Sure, what you apply to your face can improve the health of your skin but your diet, your lifestyle, the type of exercise you’re doing and your stress levels can also influence how radiant and acne-free your skin is.

This is the thing - bandaid approaches rarely work, nor do they bring lasting change. Making change is multifactorial and should be approached from a “WHOLE-ISTIC” perspective.
