RETURNS POLICY

Any full-price, unopened items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of receiving your order. No refunds on any products. We do not accept used products back. If the product is not sealed, it cannot be returned.

All sale items are final sale.

Refunds will not be accepted. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases. Contact hello@colewellness.co for exchange only on unopened, unused, with receipt, products, within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping fees will be at your expense and must include a tracking number.

While we strongly believe in our products and negative experiences with our products are very rare, Cole Wellness Company Inc. cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions. We are not responsible for skin reactions, should any occur. We always recommend spot testing topical products prior to use.

We also have done our best to flavour our powdered supplement products in a way that make them enjoyable to consume. That said, it’s impossible to appease every person’s taste preferences and will not accept refunds based on flavour dislikes.

SHIPPING

We hand pack every parcel ourselves. Orders will ship out in 1-3 business days.

Please check junk/spam folders for the confirmation email and tracking number for your parcel if you do not see it in your inbox. 

A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent when your order has been shipped. Domestic (within Canada) and International (to the United States) orders will be shipped via Canada Post or Courier (UPS, Purolator or FEDEX). Please note that the typical ship time is 2⁠-7 business days, but depends on location, weather and time of year. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail. Please report all lost, damaged or stolen items directly to the Shipping Provider listed on your shipping confirmation email.

If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside Canada, customs and import duties will be on top of our shipping cost. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items will be shipping from Southampton, Ontario Canada, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Canadian Dollars.

We are not responsible for missing or lost parcels. In the event you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact the Shipping Provider listed on your shipping confirmation email.

Product returned by Shipping Provider

In the event that the Shipping Provider was not able to deliver your parcel and the delivery was returned to us, we work on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome for the first time this unlikely situation occurs. Due to the costly shipping expenses incurred on returned parcels, repeat returned parcels will be reshipped out at the customer’s expense.
